Thank you for signing up for an at-home baseline concussion test. You will receive an email from [email protected] titled ‘You’ve Been Assigned an ImPACT Test’. This email will include a link and access code in order to take the baseline test.Please allow 48-72 hours to receive these e-mails.
Before taking the baseline test, please read the testing instructions in their entirety, available HERE.
Additionally, please read the following parent letter HERE and the Concussion Info Sheet HERE.
