Thank you so much for your Feast purchase! You are making a difference for Central Oregon youth this holiday season.

Now, pop open the lovely bottle of wine delivered with your Feast package (or another pre-dinner beverage of choice), pour yourself a generous glass, sip, and get ready to enjoy your feast!

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. This will be the cooking temperature for all dishes.

Prime Rib

Place your prime rib roast in a shallow pan with the fat side on top. Cook uncovered at 350 degrees for one hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 120 degrees. Use a food thermometer and push it in to the middle of the thickest part of the roast. It should read 120 degrees. If not, leave it in 5 more minutes and check it again. If it is 120 degrees, take the roast out of the oven. Make a tent out of tin foil and put it on top of the roast. Allow it to rest covered like this on the counter for 15 minutes before carving and serving.

Potatoes

Take the cover off the potatoes and place them in the oven in the foil container provided.  Cook at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Green Beans

Take the cover off the green beans and place them in the oven in the foil container provided. Cook at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

Time to set the table, light the candles, dish up your amazing Feast, and dig in!
